They are great missions, but you'll be dreaming if you think you'd ever get more than 6 hours from a game that is based predominantly around MP.

I'd go for Brotherhood mate. You get a 20 hour campaign, a huge Multiplayer mode with leveling up and customization. There will no doubt be DLC....
