generally for me it's the one matchup I like playing because akuma's fireballs beats tiger, and generally it's more comfortable especially in lag...
I've noticed, I had to use Akuma to counter sagat. It's soo annoying to play cat and mouse Tiger Tiger Tiger!!! >.<!!!
