The ones I'm most looking forward to are Return To Mysterious Island, Tower Madness (That 3d Tower Defense), Circuit Strike, and Mecho Wars.
I like Chillingo the best. They have many different games, and are going to release several amazing looking ones soon!

Eagle, Nemisis, Proton Shield. Not very impressive, but I've beaten over 30 missions with that setup :P
