Definitely a bug - it shouldn't be possible to carry blocks through teleporters OR down stairs, and it definitely wasn't when I wrote that stuff....
v1.2 is up on the App Store now (or will be very soon). Putting the finishing touches on v1.3 and then it will be submitted tonight.
