Oh I see what you mean... I guess devs could do the iphone only version and then an universal version (Anomaly Warzone, Sword and Sorcery, etc.)
They would obviously make it universal... The reason is...iPhone's small screen just wont work well with Bastion's gameplay.
It probably wouldn't work well on the tiny screen. Kinda like World of Goo...it was originally for iPad, but the iPhone version is pretty bad...
There is no way an iPad 1 could run this game... (judging by how slow my iPad 1 runs normal games).
But the thing is World of Goo was also orginally iPad and then they made it for the iPhone. It works...but no where near as good as the iPad....

1. Trenches II - developers promised updates but it hasn't been updated since December 2011. Terrible support. 2. Dead Trigger - good graphics...
NOVA 3 looks amazing on the iPhone 4. Some games play better on iPad than on iPhone and vise versa.
