Yes launch the game with the keyboard split undocked. This duplicates the bug for me until I dock the keyboard and relaunch the app.
Thats strange. Do you see the save file in the documents & data section in the icloud settings? Settings> icloud> storage & backup> manage storage.
Go into the main menu then choose start game then choose the second option to load game and pick you cloud save file.

I actually can't tell what it does. Its on by default and I think turning it off stops you automatically shooting the closest person to you.
Yes I'm fairly certain it was the first track played on flash fm. Also they added tap to shoot and first person auto aim on or off options.
