The lack of GAMEPLAY in this game is shocking. Can anybody think of a real reason not to include the full rosta of 150 original Pokemon?

I've started a Guild open to all newbies in this game as an early quest rewards membership to a guild but there appears to be a lack of open ones...
You do use them in boosting characters - I've used several in this way.
