My gut says Wednesday as well, Capcom seems kind of clueless and I bet they resubmitted and kept the default release schedule which is Wednesday...
From what I've heard these days it's 1-2 day max for approval -- they discussed this at WWDC 2017.
Hope these are taken to heart, the issues noted would make this game a lot less enjoyable...
