My 9yo nephew have been waiting for this game for months, but I don't think he can handle something like Surgeon Simulator's touch controls.

I was decided to buy it for my 9yo nephew. But if it is as hard to control as Surgeon Simulator, I think I'm going to get him Goat Simulator MMO...
It looks even more zen than Sword & Sworcery. But I have to be convinced it isn't one of those "not really a game" like MTN.
