That's not true; purchasing the character automatically unlocks their premium mission. When I purchased Spider-Man, I got his premium mission as well.

Yes, though the saved data doesn't get erased, so if you reinstall the previous application again your games would still be there.

I haven't really played the game, but here's a list of the regular characters in the order they were released....
Sif is pretty good, she's immune to poison and she's a scrapper, which infiltrators are weak against. I'd also try getting a scrapper uniform.
