Actually, the company is working on an iPhone/iPod version of the game as we type. They are hoping to release the update or app as soon as possible.
You can download Testflight of their WEBSITE!!! That is how I got Testflight.
Testflight does not require IOS 8 to run. You can still download it on any IOS 5+ device.
