crashing is happening every so often for everybody at the moment. Something Ryan is looking into fixing for the next upcoming patch or two
You acquire it from a mission around lvl 10'ish ;) Done with nearly 80 missions now and currently lvl 24 :)
I just got the 3rd summons pillar but I haven't tried it yet :p
My character is currently lvl 22 and the environments definitely get more varied. Different enemies to fight as well :)
You have to have a registered ID name in order to benefit from any gifts from Ryan.
