I just read through this whole thread and a dev said that the next update should fix getting 100% on Graveyard Island. They didn't go into details...
Find my post on how to delete the save for that island. You'll have to redo it, but it's better than losing all ten hours.

I'm at 95% too. Where the hell is that missing bloodstone. I bet that we are both missing the same exact one. We are missing the same chests as well.

If you don't like exploring games then you sure picked a doozy. There is a lot of exploring. You need to listen to the NPC's and the signs....

Don't go in the dungeon on the island and you should be fine. I triggered the end battle, died, and was allowed to leave. Felt like a bug though...

Can you post a screenshot? I finished this island 100%. I can tell you if I see it.
Not sure if there is a max (haven't reached the highest adventurer level yet), but you can keep killing monsters to gain XP.
You can remove the save file for a particular island, thereby resetting your progress for that island so you can continue. You'll have to re-do...
