I agree. I never had any problems with the voice acting in oblivion. Maybe with morrowind, but not with oblivion. That being said, since my 360...
They've already mentioned doing some expansions, and yes it will run on the 3g as well as the 3gs it just will have a shorter draw distance on the 3g.
If you create an open world that's anywhere near as fun to play around in as oblivion's I'm sure I won't be dissapointed.
