your bottle has expired. when you have got 5 crystals reward already, the word became expired although the timer hasn't run out.

you should said no when prompted to restore while you are not reset to level 1. it is caused by new FF server just activated last few hours....

when you complete offers but don't get the crystals, tap 'missing crystals' on the tapjoy page. you get 1 crystal when casting a bottle spell....

i have 18 quests in last update with 2 quest lines.. last quest is the Druid's oak. the other quest line is where you have to buy from spring...
