Kung Fu Rabbit is indeed a classic. The hardcore levels are insane!
Two suggestions, both platformers: Little Acorns (speedrunner, looks cute but gets tough) Chocorun (Autorunner, SMB-like)
One other thing: I didn't like playing Apple Dash on my iphone as it is portrait mode only. But it's a joy to play the game on the ipad.
