I play with a standard (not Elite) Xbox Series Controller + 8BitDo Mobile Gaming Clip for Xbox Controllers. I'd like to try a 8BitDo controller, too.

Sure! I use the Xbox one, but not everyone plays with a controller and some games would lose a lot >>> bad reviews, etc.
