They earn the medals from doing arena fighting. I think they can earn more coins in they have better medals so gold medals are a goood thing. :)
Most of the best Nimblebit games are great for playing during school or work. Tiny Tower, Pocket Planes and Pocket Frogs. I play these games a lot. :)
