it's not only about you but some other people who praised bg2 so much and still your the scores on gc are like you did not really play it that...
yeah, if they cast it than there is a cloud above enemies, personally i did not see a lot of use of it because the damage seems to be not that great.
well wizards cast it automatically when there are high level enemies, you can not do it manually or choose targets.
so the sanctuary is also done and the whole legendary difficulty too, this map needed some thinking but + move to core infantry and champion...
