Yea it happens mostly with levels that have lots of objects I don't know, maybe it has something to do with video drivers or even the AMD...

There is something annoying, the game goes black for about .1 of a second (steam version) fix pls
The game is unplayable if you have vertical sync enabled, just disable and forget about it, also you need to get used to the extreme screen tearing.
