You have to install and load the Apple Store app and there is a link on the main page to get a code. It worked for me.

Great list but Aralon seems to have disappeared from the Western RPG list.
I probably wouldn't pay $40 for a game on my iPhone, but maybe on the iPad. I could see $20 being a realistic premium price for the iPhone version...
