We’ve seen quite a few Vampire Survivors style games hit mobile platforms both before and after Vampire Survivors itself arrived on iOS and Android. A recent release ,Pizza Hero , has been interesting to follow for its gameplay. Since launch, Pizza Hero has also been updated a few times based on player feedback, and it got a major update over the weekend with new control options and a new mechanic. This new update brings in a the Idle Charge Meter mechanic to earn rewards by staying still, and it also adds a Dash sensitivity slider and dedicated Dash buttons to the interface. If you’ve not gotten it, you can get Pizza Hero for free on the App Store for iOS here. Going by the recent updates and forum posts in our active forum thread for Pizza Hero, it feels like the game is still early access so keep that in mind. I immediately buy the remove ads in app purchase in any game I enjoy, so I’m disappointed in the implementation in Pizza Hero. I hope a future update can completely remove ads for those who pay for the remove ads in app purchase. Right now it seems to not eliminate ads completely. The developer has been responsive to player feedback in our forum thread as well, and I’m interested to see how Pizza Hero evolves over time.
