The puzzle adventure Down in Bermuda ($4.99) from developer Yak & Co. (Agent A: A Puzzle in Disguise) was one of the early highlights on Apple Arcade. Read our review of the original release here. Since launch, it was updated a few times as well with new expansions. It was removed from Apple Arcade last month, and it is returning as a premium release this week. This new version, priced at $5.99, will be available as a universal app on iOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and macOS with controller support.
If you’d like to get the new premium release, you can pre-order it here for $5.99. It is set to release on March 23rd (Thursday). Down in Bermuda is also available on PC and console platforms. I grabbed Down in Bermuda on Nintendo Switch since I wanted to own it and not worry about it being on or removed from Apple Arcade. I’m curious to see if it comes to Android as well this week. As of this writing pre-registrations or any Google Play listing aren’t live yet. If we get an official confirmation, I’ll post about it. Did you enjoy Down in Bermuda on Apple Arcade or were you hoping for a standalone premium release that it is finally getting this week?
