Mass Effect: Andromeda, Bioware’s latest entry in the Mass Effect series, is getting ready to launch across the world on March 21st. As it’s been the case with other big games recently, Bioware is launching a companion mobile app that will help players stay engaged with the game’s universe even when away from their console or PC. The app, called APEX HQ, is specifically a companion for the game’s multiplayer component and will help you keep track of your characters. APEX HQ will show your characters’ progression, items, rewards, but it will do more than just display info; the app will also allow you to adjust your character’s loadout, spend points on skills, recruit and equip new teams, and even customize team names.
The app will also let you check the leaderboards and your achievements and, of course, read the latest game-related news and visit the game’s store. In other words, if you’re planning on playing Mass Effect: Andromeda‘s multiplayer, you should grab APEX HQ. The app is currently in soft launch, but it’s launching globally March 20th.
