10tons said recently that Neon Chrome was near completion, and they weren’t kidding. They’ve actually just revealed the release date for the game: November 17th. They’ve confirmed that the game has been tweaked to be a bit slower-paced on mobile, which makes sense because that’s how it came off in my hands-on time with the game. It is still the same fundamental experience as the desktop version, and features MFi controller support for y’all who want as true an experience as possible. Check out the new trailer for the mobile version of the game:
Now, how about the pricing? The game will be priced at $9.99 as its regular price – totally fair considering the game is $14.99 standard on Steam and consoles. However, at launch, it will be $4.99, so you have two weeks to pick this up at its discounted price before you have to pay up. With this, Leap of Fate ($3.99), Feral Fury ($4.99), and the upcoming Binding of Isaac, 2016’s shaping up to be a good year for fans of dual-stick shooter roguelikes on mobile.
