ShortRound Games revealed their impressive-looking Rival Gears to us earlier this year at GDC 2016. Now, you can get in on this stylish racing game’s beta by signing up on our forums. While you might think this is a CSR (Free) clone, it really isn’t. The idea is that this is more like a lane-based runner, while still being centered around racing against an opponent in real time. There’s also some interesting things going on with the game’s economy where you can sell the cars you upgrade, which seems pretty cool. If you want to sign up for the beta, you can sign up on the game’s website to help test this one out ahead of release.
Finally a release date. Just trying to get those last few hard levels done on '2014.
