As you very well know, we are very excited about Butterscotch Shenanigans‘ upcoming Crashlands, a massively-ambitious “Action Crafting RPG" (their words not mine) that has the player surviving in a hostile planet by killing, crafting, and befriending, all the while enjoying the game’s many absurd stories and huge world. The game has just been Greenlit on Steam in less than 42 hours, which shows how much players believe in both the company and the game. I’m not surprised that Crashlands is becoming more widely-known and appreciated because it’s obviously a labor of love and the kind of game that can only be created when a studio puts ambition and vision first.
Now, Butterscotch Shenanigans has released a new trailer that is, frankly, hilarious but also shows off the game’s many features, its various environments, and its crazy-looking enemies. The trailer says “Summer 2015," which means we should have this game on our tablets and phones before the end of August. Till then, enjoy the new trailer and help me find a cool name for the car-toilet hybrid.
