Spring is coming. The last batches of snow are starting to melt, Wrigley Field’s bleachers are still a pile of scrap metal, and spring training games are starting to feel unnecessary. That means the time for real baseball is almost here, and thankfully MLB Manager 2015 ($4.99) is here just in time for the season to start next week. This is the latest in the Out of the Park Baseball franchise, which has gotten its first officially-licensed entry with MLB Manager 2015.
Along with official teams and logos, the game features some tweaked and expanded features. The official 40-man rosters for each team will be in the game, with opening day rosters coming to the game. There’s a Shop a Player feature for you to put a player on the trading block. You can buy historical seasons to play in along with the current one. Plus, fictional seasons are available. If you’re a big fan of baseball and managing teams, then you’ll likely want to check this out. I was a fan of the previous iOOTP games, and am looking forward to sinking my teeth into this one.
