Empty Flask Games is working on a spinoff of their 2012 action game Infinite Warrior (Free), called Infinite Warrior: BattleMage. This will be an action-defense game, where players will take control of a battle mage in a tower located in the center of each level, hurling spells at enemies, trying to survive as many waves as possible. Controls are as simple as tapping on enemies to fire spells at them, with a number of special abilities that become unlocked over time, with 20 total spells across 4 different schools of magic.
There’s a heavy RPG influence, with character leveling and equipment to improve stats. There are 6 total battlefields, but players will start off with just 1 to play in. The developers are hoping to expand the lore of the Infinite Warrior series, with challenges that can be completed to unlock more information on the world, along with in-game rewards. The game will be $2.99, though it will launch for $0.99. It won’t have any in-app purchases, and in a real throwback, it will have cheat codes! Cheat codes are coming back, y’all! Expect this one by the end of the year, and the developers are chatting this one up in the forums.

I love Adagio. Its good to have a support character that isn't the "in your face type. This new character looks cool. Looking forward to it.
I was just reading about Adagio having never tried him yet. I like the idea of heroes that promote cooperation by their very design. Eager to give him a shot.
The only problem with playing him is that your success is dependant on your team's skill. Adagio is a powerful support hero, but if your team has no cooperation and coordination it makes it hard to influence the match. And it's even worse when a player is AFK.
Adagio is great I find we win more games when I play him as I'm always there to backup my allies, you keep them in the fight longer and they work together more it seems.
Good adagio player can really determine the outcome of the game like no other. I once got 23 kills as a Ringo but I gave all the credit to my Adagio teammate.
The teaser stories about this character destroying entire civilizations are a little difficult to picture now... but that's OK, I'll settle for destroying a few turrets.
I agree with them approaching communications functions with caution. The current three-icon system is limited, but simple and grief-free and can be very useful (once the false taps are ironed out). Communication with strangers in multiplayer is a two-edged sword (the size of a surf board on a stick).

What's the chance of making this available on the iPhone 5? I have a first gen iPad mini, and it plays fine on that. Loaded right up, when it's not supposed to be made for that model....

What a rip off of the 3 headed dragon on DOTA, same skills but with one head...
If you were truly that offended, you'd know Jakiro has two heads, not three, and his ability kit is hardly similar. If anything I think Vain has done the best job of not copying cookie cutter hero ability kits stolen from DOTA and LOL.
