Earlier this morning, Eli and I decided to see what’s up with Gangnam Style Massacre (Free), a free game that’s been tearing up the App Store charts. Turns out, it’s an archery game that tasks you with shooting a jar off of a dude’s head. The more times you can shoot the jar cleanly in a row, the higher your score. It’s game over if you drill the dude (who isn’t Psy, but totally is).
To be clear: this isn’t a good game. Gangnam Style is full of obnoxious ads, first of all, but it’s also mechanically dull. And there’s the premise. We just … don’t get it. Like, at all.
Anyway, this is a video game that we thought we needed to see since so many people are downloading it. It’s kinda fun to think about why they are.

I couldn't get the video to run but it sounds really fun. I wonder if there's any chance the developers will add iCade controls, I really enjoy playing 2d side scrolling games using the iCade a lot.
I'm guessing the mention of "Universal" in the video was a mistake? Or will it be added to the HD version later?
Ehh. All this non-Universal stuff is confusing, I'll just buy something else.
It reminds me of Sleepwalker on the Amiga 1200, although the method of redirecting the sleepwalker is different.
