Last week, Square Enix discounted one of the best games of 2023, Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo ($10.99), on iOS and Android to celebrate its one year anniversary on mobile. Since then, the Switch and Steam versions have also been discounted by about 40% depending on platform and region. If you’ve not played it yet, read Shaun’s review of the Switch version here. I featured it early on last year as one of the best Switch and best mobile games of 2023 in April. We also featured it as one of the best games of the year on mobile. One bit of news that I missed before is that a Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo manga is in the works. This will focus on Mio who was one of the best characters in the game and is set after the game takes place. Other characters from the main game will also be featured in the manga. Check out the announcement below:

As of now, the Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo manga has only been announced for Japan. Hopefully we get an international release announcement when the Japanese release is close. More details including a release date are to be revealed in the future. If you haven’t played Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo since launch, it was updated with an option to disable the chromatic aberration post-processing which was needed because it could cause motion sickness. It also got a fast forward option which is always good to have in adventure games. Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo is a premium release on all platforms. If you’d like to grab it while it is discounted, check it out here on the App Store and here on Google Play. It is also available here on Steam and here on the eShop for Nintendo Switch. What do you think of Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo if you’ve played it already?
