Ubisoft’s Brawlhalla is pretty much constantly doing cool new updates or cool crossovers with other popular franchises, so much so that it’s hard to post about every single one. Most recently we talked about the Street Fighter Epic Crossover Event that happened back in November of last year, but since then the game went through a big holiday blowout in December and then kicked off Battle Pass Season 5 – The Galactic War last month. Well, their cadence is to do something big basically once a month, which means it’s about time for another cool Brawlhalla thing. What is it this time? It’s another Epic Crossover Event, and this time it’s with the ninja duo from G.I. Joe, Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes. That’s certainly awesome on its own, but as a child of the ’80s I especially appreciate that they announced these crossover characters via a trailer that parodies the “Knowing is Half the Battle" public safety messages that used to run during the animated show.
As for what you can expect from the ninja duo, “custom Signature effects, two new Weapon Skins each, unique lock-in animations, and dedicated Roster spots" as well as “a new Showdown Map that is also featured as the Brawl of the Week – Arashikage Showdown, along with six new Avatars." And as always, if you want even more nitty gritty details on this latest update, you can head over to the Brawlhalla website to check out the full patch notes in all their glory. If you have yet to try out Brawlhalla for yourself before, what the heck are you waiting for? It’s free, it’s on every platform under the sun, and it features cross-play and cross-progression between all versions. It’s awesome. Check out this page to find links to all versions.
