With Genshin Impact (Free) version 2.3 out now worldwide, developer miHoYo showcased a new gameplay trailer for Arataki Itto who joins the game next week. Genshin Impact 2.3 ‘Shadows Amidst Snowstorms’ added support for Arataki Itto and Gorou, a new event ‘Shadows Amidst Snowstorms’, a new story and hangout quest, the Golden Wolflord monster appearing as a boss, and a lot more. Read about the update here. Today at The Game Awards 2021, Genshin Impact won Mobile Game of the Year. Free Primogems will be given out next week over four days to celebrate this. At the event, miHoYo showcased a new trailer with Arataki Itto’s gameplay shown off for the first time. Watch the Genshin Impact Arataki Itto gameplay trailer below:

To celebrate the award, 1600 free Primogems will be given out in batches of 400 from December 11th to December 14th to players at Adventure Rank 7 or higher through the in-game mail. These can be claimed before the end of version 2.3. If you haven’t checked out Genshin Impact yet, you can download it for free on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. The PC version is available on the official website here and the Epic Games Store. If you play on iOS, with iOS 14.5 and iPadOS 14.5, you can now use PS5 and Xbox Series X|S controllers to play Genshin Impact.
