E3 has been in full swing since last week and over the weekend during the Ubisoft Forward event a new crew of crossover characters were announced for cross-platform arena fighting game Brawlhalla. The radical green brothers the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will be arriving this Wednesday, June 16th, bringing a limited time new game mode and some other goodies with them. First, a trailer.

According to the announcement, “On June 16, the arrival of the Heroes in a Half-Shell kicks off an in-game event that features a new game mode called Crew Battles, a new K.O. Effect featuring Shredder and the Foot Clan, and new Signature attacks by the Turtles with appearances by Master Splinter and Casey Jones." Also a new map featuring the turtles’ home the sewers will be available in both free for all and 1v1 flavors as well as some new avatars. Look for the heroes in a half shell when they hit Brawlhalla on all platforms this week.
