‘Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation’ Has a User Comment Section for Demons That Is Already Hilarious

TouchArcade Rating:

Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation (Free) has been out on the App Store and Google Play worldwide. Since it even is available on the App Store in India, I downloaded it in the morning and didn’t need to Switch to a US or UK account like I need to for most soft launched or free to play games. I’ve only played it for an hour so far and while the localisation isn’t great, it feels like an SMT game with some really nice music and visuals. Watch the worldwide launch trailer for it below:

There’s a live chat system in place that you can access on the top left with people all over the world chatting about various things. As you’d expect it is pretty hilarious and bad. I find it even more funny because one of the NPCs tells you to keep things clean because “This place is for everyone". It almost feels like a YouTube comments section.

While that is pretty funny already, the real reason to install this game is for the demon feedback section in the compendium. If you’ve never played a Shin Megami Tensei game before, there’s a demon compendium that lists all the available demons in a particular game and with Dx2, there’s a feedback or comments section where players from all over can post a comment about the demon in question. Here are some of the more hilarious comments for demons in game:

Download Dx2 Shin Megami Tensei: Liberation and start recruiting demons now on the App Store and Google Play for free. The official English website has also just gone live. I’ve had some connection issues while playing it and I hope these get resolved with updates because I’m having fun for sure and will definitely keep popping into the Demon feedback and comments section every now and then.
