The developer of Disc Golf to Go has been quite active in our Upcoming Games forum thread, describing his development process over the last few months, and now the game is almost done and will release next month. This one-man project has you trying to beat various levels using the right disc for each—since each disc has its own special abilities. Most of the discs can be found hidden across the various levels (although there are some you can buy). One of the fun wrinkles in the game is the way you get stars in the levels. Instead of getting stars for completing the level in fewer throws, you get the stars by literally flying through them. And as you can see in the trailer, those stars aren’t always still.
There are also some fun enemies that’ll try and ruin your day, like a dog that loves to catch discs or flying squirrels with helmets. Overall, Disc Golf To Go looks like it will be a fun game, so keep an eye out for it next month. In the meantime, head over to our forums to talk to the developer.
