Cut the Rope is one of those mobile franchises that doesn’t really need an introduction since it has been everywhere you look for many years now. ZeptoLab, the developers behind Cut the Rope, are now working on a new game called C.A.T.S.: Crash Arena Turbo Stars, a F2P battle arena where customizable wrecking machines try to take each other out. The developers are trying to tap into the childhood love of building things with whatever one can find around the house, so expect to be using all kinds of silly tools and gadgets to improve your vehicle, crush everyone around you, and make it to the next stage.
The game is currently soft-launched in a few countries, including Canada, Austria, and Sweden, and will be coming to iOS and Android in April. The trailer looks fun and they know me well enough to use cats in C.A.T.S.; what more could I ask for? I like multiplayer games that emphasize customization, so I’m definitely giving this one a shot once it comes out.
