While I’m not entirely sure who kicked off the genre of turning simply drawn line into playable tracks, Free Rider HD has become a remarkably popular web game over the years, with quite literally hundreds of thousands of unique levels you can play. These levels range from weird things like riding around on a Barrett sniper rifle to tracks like this one which feature all sorts of elaborate line art. Well, as of this morning, Free Rider HD (Free) is now also available on the App Store.

These sorts of stick figure physics games have grown to be incredibly popular over the years, and really, it wouldn’t surprise me to see Free Rider HD rapidly climbing the charts. Like Geometry Dash ($1.99), Free Rider HD is a game you can effectively play forever with the amount of levels people create. And, hey, it’s free, which is always nice.
