Great news for fans of iOS gaming classic Disc Drivin’ ($2.99) – the game has gotten an update for 64-bit devices. This really just means that it’s ensured not to get pulled when Apple starts the great 32-bit app purge around iOS 11 or so, but considering that’s a concern for many otherwise still-functional games like Disc Drivin’ to someday disappear, hopefully we hear about more games that get updates to ensure that they still work. And if you haven’t played Disc Drivin’ yet, this is one of the best turn-based multiplayer games in mobile gaming history, as you slide around tracks, taking risky maneuvers and strategic powerup usage to try and win ahead of everyone else. Now, if you have played Disc Drivin’, this teaser from Pixelocity might just intrigue you:

I’m sure I speak for everyone at TouchArcade Tower when I say that we need a Disc Drivin’ 2. Until then, go check out Disc Drivin’ if you haven’t already.
