It may be winter in the northern hemisphere, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t dream of a beach party…involving pugs? All 4 Games, the UK publisher that has undergone a mobile publishing initiative that has brought games such as Super Arc Light ($1.99) to mobile, has a game set to release on January 12th that delivers on the weird premise I set out. Party Pugs: Beach Puzzle GO from Steely Glint Games will have you controlling a pug trying to get its beach party on by moving in turn-based fashion around grid-based levels and collecting various MacGuffins and coins, some of which you have to dig up. All the while, you’re avoiding the cops and various beach bros while getting back to the party bus.
Party Pugs will feature 100 total levels that take place on 10 different beaches. And there will be various pugs in different outfits that you can unlock and play as. Party Pugs will launch as a free-to-play game on January 12th on the App Store, Google Play, and Amazon Appstore.
