‘Witch Twitch’ is a Halloween Color-Matching Game From the Developers of ‘Rule with an Iron Fish’

Kestrel Games’ Witch Twitch looks stylish, and should be perfect for its expected release ahead of Halloween. While there seems to be an initial similarity to something like Color Switch (Free), the gameplay promises some different changes. Monsters will wander in, and you’ll have to manipulate your color wheel to the same color as them to get rid of them. Because they’re monsters just barging into your residence and causing a commotion, that’s just rude. Where the twist comes in is that the monsters will start to come in as very different new shades of color, and your color wheel will grow ever more detailed, to where matching the precise shade will be tough. And, it’s not exactly a color wheel that’s in order, either…

Witch Twitch‘s art style looks gorgeous, and I’m interested to give this one a spin. I guess the game might not work so well if you’re colorblind, though at least many colors are a core part of the design here. The plan is for Witch Twitch to launch this October on iOS and Android as a free app without any IAP. The studio made the fun Rule with an Iron Fish ($3.99), so this promises to be some more fun from them.
