Yunus Ayyildiz’s hocus. ($0.99) has proven to be an endearing and popular puzzle game for iOS. It’s also seen some cool updates so far, including getting a level editor in a previous update. But what about sharing those levels? Ayyildiz has a clever solution for that, in a new update releasing on Thursday, September 1st. New level cards can be shared that include a snapshot and QR code to scan for the level for easy sharing and accessing. Not only can you play others’ levels from the top list and rate them accordingly, but now you can get new levels from social media or other sources.
The good news is that if you’re more of a “levels designed by professionals" kind of person, hocus. is getting 15 new levels in the core game in the September 1st update as well. This brings the total number of levels to a nice, even, 100.
