So, earlier, I wrote about a game called Dizzy Knight, which looked really cool. But, in a stroke of fate, it turns out that there’s an entirely different developer also working on a game called Dizzy Knight. Andrew Morrish, developer of Super Puzzle Platformer, has shown off some gameplay of his Dizzy Knight, and while the names are currently the same, the game is looking like a slower, endless, high-score-centric affair compared to the level-based chaos of MegaSweet’s Dizzy Knight.

So yeah, I imagine Andrew Morrish and MegaSweet’s Gavin Carter have something to figure out here with the names of their nearly-complete games about spinning knights. I mean, sometimes games share names like this on accident, but rarely do they happen this close to one another. What a coincidence. I do hope this gets resolved amicably between the developers, and we can soon enjoy many spinning knights at once.
Oh, and if anyone else has a game called Dizzy Knight in the works, might want to hold off on announcing it until you change the name. Or announce it now. All games are now Dizzy Knight. I am Dizzy Knight!
