Bethesda’s awesome little vault-building sim Fallout Shelter (Free) has just received its first ever update, which is one part new content and one part bug fix. First, a new Photo feature has been added, meaning you can snap a screenshot of your happy (or unhappy) vault dwellers and save it to your device, either for your own personal amusement or to share with the world via the plethora of social media options.
The second portion of this update is a major bug fix. Apparently, there was a problem where pregnant women in the game were not actually able to give birth. They’d just stay preggers forever. That IS a major bug. So with this update your pregnant vault dwellers should be able to have babies as intended. The update also addresses other minor bugs and crashing issues, so the game should be a lot more solid all around now. If you haven’t taken Fallout Shelter for a spin for whatever reason, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. It’s free and totally fun, but you’ll run out of things to do pretty quickly for a game of this type so I’m still hoping Bethesda has some plans to add more long-term content to the game.
