We’re doing things a little different this year with our WWDC party, in making it ever so slightly more official than we usually do in offering tickets via EventBrite. It’s still free, and everyone who signs up is still welcome. Even if you’re not an iOS developer and are just local, feel free to grab a ticket and swing on by. Our parties are always filled with developers showing their games to other developers, and fresh opinions on prototypes, ideas, and other similar stuff is always nice. At GDC we even had a game jam that spontaneously sprung up during the party.
I think WWDC might be a little bit more low key because, well, fewer people come to WWDC… But it’ll be an awesome time all the same. As usual, it’ll be at Bin 55, as usual, which is in the lobby of the San Francisco Marriott Marquis this coming Tuesday the 9th. We’ll be there from 7:00 until around midnight at which point the truly hardcore might ascend to Denny’s.

Also, if you’ve still got stickers leftover from GDC, this would be a great time to pass ’em out. I look forward to seeing everyone, but more importantly, I look forward to hearing cool stories after the party as it always seems like crazy collaborations and other cool things come out of developers hanging out and drinking beer together. It’s pretty awesome to facilitate that.

Can you SWAT someone beside criminals? :3
Twitch streamers, apparently.
Couple of weeks? Ugh 😢😢😢😢
That's what i thought, too. :(
This is one of my all-time favorite games. It is top notch in the quality. On the desktop everything is so smooth and the controls with mouse and keyboard are flawless. The iPad version will be all about the touchscreen and whether or not they can have the same evolved control scheme with touch as they do on the other platform.
Personally I thought Froze Synapse ultimately worked better on a touchscreen than it did on K+M and this one definitely has the potential to be the same - rather looking forward to having a crack at it :)
This look similar to breach and clear but a little bit easier on controls
That's what I thought as well but you never know till you've got it in your hands. Either way looking forward to this one.
Yay, instant buy... Boo, several weeks!😁
This game is fantastic on PC.
Just FYI, been playing the iPad version beta for a month or so now, very well done, they converted it nicely, only problem I see is sometimes it's hard to adjust a line that you already place, you could accidently remove it or delete the whole line instead of just changing it, but with a little touch practice it all works very well, now my favorite game on iPad.
Can't wait to get my hands on this. I'm glad the developers stuck to their word and put out an IOS version.
