Did you ever play The Blocks Cometh (Free) and want to control the blocks falling down? Well, Stack Heroes is kind of like that. While other games in the “stack and build a tower" quasi-genre do exist, like The Tower (Free), this one has you building towers of many blocks of different sizes as high as possible. You’ll have to deal with single blocks, tall blocks, and wide blocks falling, trying to stack them up with some semblance of stability. The game is regulated by time, and there are milestones to hit where you can extend your game time. However, blocks that fall off the playing field reduce your time, and a huge stack collapse will not just cost you a lot of time, but a lot of points on your height. So, you can choose to end your game at any point at your current height – if the stack is stable enough to hold for a few seconds.
Stack Heroes is a fun addition to the stacking genre, based on what I’ve played. The game will feature eight different worlds to play in with different unique elements to try and conquer. Expect this one to release next month on June 24th, as a free game with a full version unlock.
