Here is a game that Andrew W.K. would probably hate, because it’s a game about killing the party literally. Ironically enough, it’s named Party Hard, as it’s a game where you decide to murder an entire loud party because they’re loud and you’re tired of it. So you use traps, stab people surreptitiously, and try to blend so as not to get caught. Check out the trailer below:
The game is being published by tinyBuild, and is developed by Pinokl Games. Interestingly, they’re trying to deliver an interesting message that “the killing of people is not the best way to solve issues." I’m not sure how well the game will succeed in that point, as making a game that comments on hyperviolence where hyperviolence is the norm is kind of a challenge. But hey, we’ll see how the final version actually delivers on that, or if it just rolls with the idea of “try to be stealthy while you murder an entire party." This one’s coming to desktop first, with mobile versions afterward.
