‘Infinity Blade 3’ at its Lowest Price Yet, $0.99

TouchArcade Rating:

The Infinity Blade series goes on sale often enough, but Infinity Blade 3 ($6.99) has yet to drop below $2.99 – until now. Just in time for the iTunes freeze, you can pick up Infinity Blade 3 for just $0.99, down from its regular $6.99 price. Both the original Infinity Blade ($5.99) and Infinity Blade 2 ($6.99) are full price right now, so if you’re looking to dive into the series, this is your cheapest option. If you haven’t picked this one up, well, why not now?

This is still one of the best-looking iOS games, which it should be: Chair Entertainment is owned by Epic Games, who make the Unreal Engine, so it ought to be! The series is pioneering proof that mobile games can look great and be optimized for the needs of mobile. There’s a lot to do here, between two characters to play as through the longest singleplayer quest yet, plenty of optional objectives to complete, bosses to defeat, giant dragons to fight, and more weapons than ever to collect and master. The game’s gotten a few different content updates over the past year, so this one’s bursting at the seams with things to do at $0.99.
