With Warhammer Quest ($2.99) launching earlier this year, Space Hulk set to hit this week, and Space Wolf on the docket for Q2 2014, it’s like a Warhammer-palooza in the App Store. Yesterday, Games Workshop announced another partnership to bring yet another Warhammer game to PC and mobile. This latest partnership is with Eutechnyx, who’ve previously released iOS games like Nascar Redline ($0.99) and Ninja Cats vs Samurai Dogs ($2.99), and the new game is titled Warhammer: Storm of Vengeance.
Details on Storm of Vengeance are sparse at this point, but Eutechnyx describes it as “a lane strategy game" that plays out during the planetary battles on Piscina IV in the Warhammer 40K universe. You’ll be able to choose to play on the side of Grand Master Belial as you try to defend the planet’s destruction with just 100 Dark Angel Space Marines at your disposal, or you can play the opposite side of that as Ork Warlord Ghazghkull Thraka as you try to annihilate the planet using the Ork Waaagh!
