TA Plays: ‘McPixel’ – Point-and-Click Adventure Meets ‘WarioWare’

Earlier this morning, Eli and I sat down with McPixel ($2.99). It’s a point-and-click adventure game that tasks you with defusing or getting rid of bombs across 100 levels. The game is great thanks to some inspired bits of design. It’s delightfully goofy, for starters, but it also rocks a ridiculously fast-paced structure — similar toWarioWare — that whisks you from level to level in seconds, even if you fail to stop a bomb from detonating.

McPixel is one of those games that’s really hard to convey with word pictures, so we’re stoked to be able to give you some moving ones just below. We think you’ll dig it, too. SPOILER warning for the first two sets of stages, though:
